Who are we?
Highveld Refrigeration Services (HRS) was established in 1994, by Hancke van Tonder, based in Middelburg (Mpumalanga). A humble beginning started off with the maintenance of domestic and light commercial refrigerators. Over the years we got involved with larger equipment and our knowledge and capability grew accordingly.
Today, with an excellent track record which includes projects of varying sizes and complexity, we specialise in the installation and maintenance of commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment. Installations are based on energy saving programs to reduce the carbon footprint. New installations are done nationwide with after sales support.
Equipment is designed to customers’ specifications, in compliance with Standard Refrigeration Practice regulations. With specialised systems, we are involved from preliminary concept and design of projects, to the installation and commissioning thereof.
